Permits
The forms on the Village of Fowler web site are stored as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. These files are highly compressed (to save on download time) while keeping all of the same formatting as the original document.
To view and print PDF's, you must have the free Adobe's Acrobat Reader Software (version 5.0 or better) installed. This program is available for free download from Adobe's web site by clicking on the "Get Acrobat Reader" button below.
NOTE - If the computer you are using is "shared" with others you will need to click the "Reset Form" button before and after you have completed and printed your form. This will delete your personal information and prepare the form for the next user.
